You are an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Your key responsibilities include:
- Booking and organizing complex travel and conference attendance
- Marketing tasks
- General office organization
- HR support
- Various administrative tasks
- Sales support
- Invoicing and follow up of international payments
- Basic bookkeeping and accounts payable
- Support for the CEO
We are looking for a candidate that will support most of the above without the necessity to cover all tasks. Depending on your skills and/or interests the responsibilities can evolve.
The position is ideally suited for a part time job (eg 50%, with flexibility in scheduling). In time you can evolve to a full-time job or you could take on a subset of the responsibilities.
