Office Manager / Assistant

Calltic has developed a radical new technology to detect fraud in telecom networks. We offer the solution as a service managed out of our headquarters in Ghent.

To support the team in its growth we are looking for an office manager /assistant with a broad range of tasks.

Job description

You are an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Booking and organizing complex travel and conference attendance
  • Marketing tasks
  • General office organization
  • HR support
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Sales support
  • Invoicing and follow up of international payments
  • Basic bookkeeping and accounts payable
  • Support for the CEO

We are looking for a candidate that will support most of the above without the necessity to cover all tasks. Depending on your skills and/or interests the responsibilities can evolve.

The position is ideally suited for a part time job (eg 50%, with flexibility in scheduling). In time you can evolve to a full-time job or you could take on a subset of the responsibilities.

Profile

  • A good intelligence and common sense are more important than a degree, bachelor preferred
  • Accurate, detailed and disciplined
  • Good social and interpersonal skills
  • Talent for organization and multi-tasking
  • Can do and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French and/or Spanish are an asset
  • At ease with Office
  • Experience in a similar function is an asset
